How do I track my package?
Visit the Tracking page, enter your tracking number, and submit it to view the latest available shipment information.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is provided when your shipment is registered. Check your shipment confirmation or contact customer service if you cannot find it.
Do I need an account to track my package?
No. You can use the public Tracking page without logging in, provided you have a valid tracking number.
What information will I see in my tracking results?
Results may include your customer name, order number, tracking status, shipment history, invoice-related costs, and other available shipment details.
Why is my tracking number not showing results?
Check that the number was entered correctly. The shipment may not yet be registered or its information may not have been updated. Contact customer service if the problem continues.
How often is tracking information updated?
Tracking information changes when new shipment events are recorded. Some updates may take time to appear while information is received and processed.
What do the shipment statuses mean?
Statuses indicate the recorded stage of your package, such as registration, processing, transit, arrival, or delivery. The exact meaning depends on the status shown.
Why has my shipment status not changed?
Your shipment may be waiting for its next processing or transit update. If the status remains unchanged for an extended period, contact customer service with your tracking number.
Why is my name displayed above my order number?
Displaying your name above the order number helps identify the shipment associated with your tracking search.
What is the difference between an order number and a tracking number?
An order number identifies an order in the business records. A tracking number identifies a shipment for tracking; the two numbers may be different.
Where can I see the total cost of my items?
When invoice information is available, the tracking results display the total cost of the items associated with your order, based on the customer invoice.
Does the item total include shipping fees?
The item total refers to the amount recorded for the items on the invoice. Shipping, handling, taxes, and other charges may be listed separately, depending on the invoice.
What if the cost shown in tracking is incorrect?
Compare the amount with your invoice. If the figures do not match, contact customer service and provide your order or tracking number so the records can be checked.
Can I track more than one shipment?
Yes. Enter each shipment tracking number separately to view its results, provided each shipment is registered in the system.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
Check the tracking history for updates. If the shipment has not progressed or you need clarification, contact customer service with your tracking number.
How can I contact customer service?
